I just wanted to put in writing my sincere thanks for arranging Integrated ICT support on-site this week which was extremely timely since our Shire/staff internet connection went offline last week for three days.

Franco was highly professional, time-efficient and worked discreetly alongside us with minimal disruption/impact to our staff/public services.  As this was the first visit towards enhancing the whole Library/Gallery network, Franco’s presence and work completed left quite an impression on myself and the team; we can already sense that there is going to be a more streamline, functional, user-friendly future for the Library IT network.
